Time tracking application based on an Excel-beta 2010 file.

This program is an Excel 2010 file programmed in VBA mode.

The program does two things:

1 Creation and maintenance of the integrated personnel master data

2 Capture the activity history for each employee

Everything is done from an input mask.

1 "Input mask" button in the “Input mask" sheet, so the form is activated.

2 The program has room for 500 employee accounts. From the entry screen, you can edit each personnel number. The database of employees. The data are entered once and are integrated in the program, which means, if where else are used, which are automatically issued.

4 You can create activity gradients of personnel for each day of each month of the year. The registered hours are grouped into 3 evaluations: for a day, a week and a month.
