Simple time tracking application suitable for temporary workers.

 

 

It is to an Excel 2010 file programmed using VBA code.

The program is good help for the people who company working in a temporary work and complete weekly time sheets.

It calculates working hours in decimal numbers (normal hours, overtime or night hours for a day, a week or a month (overtime only Monthly), captured downtime (sick, vacation, etc.) and creates detailed month yearly overview of working hours, sick leave, taken vacation days, etc.)

For year change, you need only a button press and the program create the calendar with fixed and movable public holidays for the year.

 

 

 

1 Sheet "Mask". Main function of the sheet is the "Mask" button, calendar and the evaluation activity history for year and month.

 

2 'Legend' sheet. In the sheet: designation of activity courses with abbreviations for each activity history, art work, locations, duration of the working day and night, beginning and end. It is used in the input mask.

 

3 You can create activity history for each day of each month of the year. The registered hours are grouped into 3 evaluations: for a day, a week and a month. When is the year to end, delete all and button create a calendar for the following year "Year switch". In the calendar, you appear on mobile and fixed holidays.
